Care.Share.Joy is the motto of Joy of Sharing. Joy of Sharing Trust is dedicated to reaching out to the community to spread universal harmony and peace through love and care. We spread the joy of sharing by supporting the community’s educational needs through financial support and education programs, physical health needs through medical assistance, and mental health needs through self-development and inner-enhancement programs.
Our flagship annual event
Udyog
Our flagship annual event ‘Udyog’ is a career exploration program for youth conducted in several cities in India including Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and others. ‘Udyog’, meaning effort in the right direction, is aimed at enabling students to identify areas where their skills lie, and pursue a career that would help them perform to their best levels of efficacy.

Our speakers and trainers
Our team of speakers and trainers travel all around the world, from remote villages, towns and metropolises within India, to several cities across countries and continents globally, spreading the joy of sharing through workshops that ‘put happiness to work’ through our signature Happiness@Work sessions. These are tailored for teams of adults, youth, professionals, teachers, and others in educational institutions, professional organizations, nonprofits, hospitals, corporates, and more.
All proceeds from these workshops go towards supporting medical and educational needs of the deprived and destitute members of our community.
